HOLDING COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT
We recommend consulting with your local accountant and attorney, as well as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and Attorney to determine the vehicle that will benefit you most. Paragon Investment Properties, (“PIP”) accounting and legal team will work closely with you to establish your U.S. Holding Company. This process will take approximately eight to ten days to complete.
TITLE & ESCROW SERVICES
Purchasing a U.S. property is a relatively simple process once you understand how it all works. The title company is an independent trusted third-party that receives and disburses money and/or documents for two or more transacting parties within the timing agreed between the parties.
Once the title company has conducted the title searches and advised that it will be providing Title Insurance via a commitment letter, the title company agent will generate the closing documents required to be signed by both parties in order to close the transaction.The HUD-1 Settlement Statement is a very transparent document which identifies how all funds will be disbursed at closing. PIP has partnered with one of the largest and most respected Title & Escrow companies in the Chicago Area.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

For the property owner, receiving a steady stream of income is imperative so we have spent substantial time and effort finding property managers capable of reflecting the quality of our properties.
In addition, our services have helped us develop an excellent working relationship with each individual property manager to help ensure that every investor enjoys the best possible service. Our selected managers can issue all vendor and third party payments, quickly resolve any tenant issues or requests, coordinate repairs, and provide regular property reporting. If and when a vacancy occurs, properties are professionally marketed and tenants are qualified through a stringent screening process.
A home warranty, (home buyers protection plan) helps you avoid unexpected home repairs after the purchase of your property. For a period of one year from your closing, a home warranty will provide coverage against a variety of unexpected home repairs including mechanical failures, plumbing and electrical issues, leaks in the roof, and appliance repairs to name a few. Knowing what you are covered for is vital in your home buying choice, you need to benefit from the decision made and not lose on your investment.
